How do I place an order?

To order fabric simply enter the units required into the box, then click the 'Add to Cart' button. The price will then be calculated according to the units you require.

Fat Quarter or Width of Fabric?

If 1 unit is selected the fabric will be cut as a fat quarter (50cm x 55cm) by default unless 'WOF' (25cm by the Width) is requested in order notes at the checkout. A quantity of 2 equals 50cm x WOF, a quantity of 4 equals 1m x WOF. All quantities 2 and above will be cut in one continuous piece. The WOF (width of fabric) ranges from 112cm to 274cm in width. Each individual product description will state the width of the fabric.

Can we visit your shop?

At Phoenix Fabrics we would love to meet our customers. However at this stage we are only an online shop. 

Postage Pricing

Shipping is available Australia wide via Australia Post. Pricing is in Australian dollars. The shipping rates provided do not include any insurance. In the case of a lost or damaged letter or parcel by Australia Post we cannot be held responsible.

Payment is accepted by Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard) or PayPal.

We have lay-by available on our website.

Preorders

We offer fabrics for pre-order that are due to arrive at a later date. When placing an order for Pre Order fabrics, the estimated delivery time to our store is noted on the product collection page. Occasionally, a fabric collection may be delayed, or sent in staggered deliveries. This is completely out of our control and in the case of delays, orders will be fulfilled as soon as pre orders arrive. To stay updated on instances like this, please join our group on Facebook. If placing an order combining In Stock fabrics with Pre Order fabrics, the order of In Stock fabrics will be shipped immediately, and you will receive an extra shipping invoice when the Pre Order arrives for the additional postage. Alternatively, you can place a separate order for each.

Returns & Refunds

As all orders are custom cut, returns and exchanges cannot be offered unless there is a fault in the fabric or item. Once an order is placed, refunds are not available for change of mind. A store credit may be offered under certain circumstances. Any orders that are approved for refund must be returned in original condition and unwashed. The purchaser must pay for return postage. If an item is faulty however, the return postage will be refunded. Please contact us to discuss before any items are returned.
